Lobster and shrimp rolls
Ingredients:
1 pound colossal shrimp
4 small lobster tails
Top sliced Hawaiian sweet hot dog buns
1/4 c butter
2 Tbsp minced garlic
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Good quality Seafood seasoning
Chopped parsley
Clean and devein shrimp
Season with seafood seasoning

Directions:
Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil and cook lobster tails for 6 minutes
Melt butter in a large pan, add garlic and lemon juice.
Sautee shrimp and lobster in butter sauce until shrimp are opaque and start to turn pink. About 3 minutes
Toss in Chopped parsley
Serve in warmed buns
